Meta Lines Up Roughly $13 Billion in Bank Financing for El Paso AI Data Center

Meta is working on a roughly $13 billion financing package for a 1-gigawatt AI data center in El Paso, Texas, Bloomberg reported in May 2026. Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan are tapped to lead the arrangement. The facility, announced in October 2025, will power high-end computing chips for AI projects. The deal would rank among the largest single-site data center financings to date.
