Miami Startup Unveils $15,000 Slow-Speed Self-Parking Car

Miami startup Chip Motors unveiled the Chip, a $15,000 electric car capped at 25 mph. Classified as a low-speed vehicle, it can only travel on roads posted 35 mph or below, which means lighter safety rules than standard cars require. It can park itself via remote control and aims for full self-driving eventually. Presales are open; deliveries target 2027.
