Underdog Releases Woof, a Small Speech Program That Works Offline

Underdog has released Woof, a program that turns written words into spoken audio. It is only 32MB, has 31 million parameters (its learned settings), and works on most devices with no internet connection. Its weights are open for anyone to download. A browser game at underdog.ai/escape lets you type on a typewriter and hear your words read aloud.
