AI Company Sues User for Creating Fake Sexual Images

xAI sued Terry Wayne Harwood, 67, of South Carolina, claiming he repeatedly got around Grok's safety rules from December 2025 to February 2026 to create fake sexual images of adults and children without their consent. Reuters says this is among the first times an AI company has sued its own user. Harwood also faces criminal charges.
