Small Party Could Hold Balance of Power

The Opportunity Party reached 4.7 percent in the latest poll—nearly enough to enter Parliament on its own. If it hits 5 percent on election night, it could have enough seats to decide whether Labour or National leads the next government. Neither major party can take its support for granted.
