Rivian Lets Volkswagen Use Its AI Voice Assistant

Rivian is letting Volkswagen Group use parts of its AI voice assistant, the software that responds to spoken commands, under their shared business partnership. Rivian's third-quarter investor presentation, released October 29, says so. The assistant launched in September in the R1S, R1T and R2. Rivian did not disclose licensing fees, payment terms or which Volkswagen vehicles will use it.
