Granola Adds Voice Typing on Mac, Taking On Wispr

Granola launched a feature on October 29, 2026 that turns speech into typed text in any app. It is started with the Fn key. For now it works only on Mac. Granola said iOS, the iPhone software, and Windows versions will arrive soon. Wispr, valued at $2 billion, is known for voice typing. Granola is valued at $1.5 billion.
