Trump Won't Sign Housing Bill, Wants Senate to Vote on Voting Rights First

President Trump said Friday he will not sign a housing bill that both chambers of Congress already passed in June with support from both parties. He is refusing to approve it unless the Senate votes on a separate voting rights bill first. The housing bill automatically becomes law when a 10-day deadline passes, with or without Trump's signature.
