Audio-Technica's first wireless StreamSet headset connects through a USB plug-in, not Bluetooth

Audio-Technica has released the ATH-M50xSTS-WL for $299, its first wireless StreamSet model. It skips Bluetooth, the common wireless standard, and instead uses a small USB receiver on the 2.4GHz radio band. That receiver works with PCs, PS5 and Switch 2. Audio-Technica rates battery life at about 24 hours, and the headset can run wired while charging.
