Discord Plans to Show Some Public Chat Messages in Web Search Results From Mid-December

Discord plans to let search engines show some public chat messages starting mid-December. Only public channels in Discoverable Servers, Discord's listed communities, are included. Server admins choose which channels count, and members can opt out. Shared messages hide names and profile pictures. In the EU, UK, Canada, Brazil, Australia and South Korea, the feature starts switched off.
