Elon Musk Put About $1 Billion Into Skydance, Semafor Reports

Semafor reported on October 22, 2026, that Elon Musk put about $1 billion into Skydance. Skydance is the combined company formed when Paramount completed its $110 billion purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery. Other investors, including board member Laurene Powell Jobs, put in money around the same time. Skydance stock rose 6% at first, then fell 2.4%.
