Amazon renames Kindle Unlimited to Kindle Plus at $11.99 a month, adds AI-read audiobooks

Amazon has renamed Kindle Unlimited to Kindle Plus, which costs $11.99 a month. For that price, you get unlimited reading from a chosen collection of ebooks, comics and magazines. It also adds audiobooks read by computer-generated voices, known as AI narrators. Thousands of U.S. audiobooks are included at no extra cost. Kindle Plus stays separate from Amazon Prime.
