NZ Defence Force trains with armed drones but has no rules for using them

New Zealand troops tested armed drones near Adelaide, setting off two explosive devices. Official papers show the Defence Force doesn't have clear rules about what these drones can be used for or who gets to decide. Soldiers train with the equipment and the military spends about $1 million a year on it. The Defence Force is expected to produce guidelines in December.
