Meta's Smart Glasses Will Stop Recording If You Try to Hide the Recording Light

Meta will update its Ray-Ban smart glasses to automatically shut off the camera if someone damages or removes the small light that indicates filming. Some people have been drilling out this light to film others without their knowledge. After reports of women being recorded without permission, Meta decided to permanently disable the camera if the light is tampered with.
