Japan's Stock Scoreboard Now Has Three Permission Slips

Nikkei now needs three separate permissions for its Japanese stock scoreboards — to display the score, to feed it to computers, and to build investment funds from it, says its index portal. My view: clearing one doesn't clear the others, adding admin savers may ultimately pay for.
