Some Republicans Say Sending Haitians Back Home Is Wrong

A Miami Republican says deporting Haitians who are legally protected in the U.S. would be a mistake—Haiti is too unstable. He's joined by a few other Republicans who disagree with the plan. The Supreme Court blocked legal challenges in June. Now only Congress or the president can stop it, but they don't have the votes.
