McKinsey to Interview Job Seekers Using a Virtual Mayor

McKinsey will ask some applicants for starter consulting jobs to speak with a computer-generated mayor this fall. The virtual mayor plays the part of the client, giving interviewers a way to judge candidates through a normal back-and-forth conversation.
