Company Uses AI to Help Bring Back the Dodo

On Oct. 14, Colossal Biosciences announced GenoMorph, an AI tool that compares body shapes, genes, and growth across birds to pick genes to change when old DNA is scarce. Built over more than a year from 70+ bird species, it starts with the dodo, where Colossal has only one full DNA record.
