Colossal Biosciences Announces GenoMorph AI Platform for Dodo De-Extinction

On Oct. 14, Colossal Biosciences announced GenoMorph, an AI platform combining 3D morphology, comparative genomics, and developmental biology to identify editable genes where ancient DNA is scarce. Built over more than a year using data from 70+ bird species, it is being applied first to the dodo, for which Colossal has only one genome.
