Students Break Into Albania's School Offices, Start Fire

Protesters broke into Albania's main education offices overnight Oct. 13-14 and started a fire inside, police said. It happened on day three of student protests in the capital, Tirana. Police arrested 16 more people after nighttime clashes with riot police, officers equipped for crowds. Deputy Prime Minister Albana Kociu asked students to stay away from violence.
