Musk says one chip seller is fair, others charge too much

Elon Musk said Oct. 13 on X that chipmaker Micron offered fair prices for future computer-memory chips, while other sellers charged far too much. He was discussing possible future orders, not a completed buy. To me, he is haggling in public — praising one seller to push the others to lower prices and offer more chips.
