Greens say $6b plan would create jobs

The Green Party says a nearly $6 billion spending plan would create 284,000 jobs in four years, RNZ reports. It says that is 64,000 more jobs than Treasury, the Government's finance advisers, expect. It has not yet said how it would be paid for, what it would cost and when.
