Rivian's $49,985 Family SUV Travels 275 Miles Per Charge

Rivian will sell its 2027 R2 Standard, a mid-size family SUV with one motor driving the rear wheels, for $49,985. It seats five, travels about 275 miles per charge in government testing, produces 350 horsepower of pulling power, and goes from still to 60 mph in 5.9 seconds. It arrives in the first half of 2027, with $100 U.S. reservations.
