Citroën plans €15,000 electric small car within two years

Citroën aims to sell a €15,000 ($16,800) electric car inspired by its 2CV Concept, an early show version unveiled at the Paris Motor Show. The company said the finished car, built for regular buyers, will go on sale within the next two years.
