Trump Says Russia and Ukraine Will Stop Hitting Power Supplies

Trump said Oct. 11 that Russia and Ukraine agreed to immediately stop bombing each other's power stations and fuel supplies, warning, "Both parties have agreed. Do not break it!" Neither side immediately confirmed. It came days after the U.S. loosened punishments on Russian fuel sales while prices shot up.
