71 Killed in Fighting Between Groups in South Sudan Town

About 71 people were killed early Friday when rival groups fought in Rumbek, a town in Lakes State in South Sudan, the temporary government said. Its information office says the number is not yet confirmed. Officials say soldiers hold the town and are restoring calm. The United Nations says Dinka community groups have clashed there repeatedly this year.
