Crazy Rich Asians to Return as TV Show in 2027

HBO will make an eight-part Crazy Rich Asians TV drama for HBO Max streaming in 2027. It continues after the 2018 movie and follows Kevin Kwan's best-selling books. Made with Warner Bros Television and led by head writer Adele Lim, the longer run allows more stories than the two-hour film.
