People Leave Kyiv as Heat and Power Fail

Some people in Kyiv are moving to country villages after Russian attacks cut electricity and heating. Olena Konoplia chose a cottage two hours outside Kyiv, saying 'a little village without factories, warehouses and railway stations would be a better option.' The cuts come before a long, freezer-like cold stretch.
