
AMD plans smoother game graphics for laptops and handhelds by 2026
AMD will bring its FSR 4 machine-learning game-sharpening software to more devices by end of 2026. Computing and Graphics chief Jack Huynh told The Elec it will move beyond separate desktop RX 9000 graphics cards to laptop and handheld gaming machines, and to APUs, which combine the main brain and graphics in one chip, covering both current and future APUs.
