Ottawa Frustrated as Provinces Delay Online Alcohol Sales

Federal minister Dominic LeBlanc is pushing back harder after provinces missed a May deadline to let people buy alcohol directly online. Provincial liquor stores—government-run outlets—have been dragging their feet because allowing online sales would cost them money. LeBlanc has now made his case publicly twice.
