
LeBlanc Pushes Provinces Again on Stalled Alcohol Sales Deal

The repeated pressure signals federal frustration with a 2019 commitment that Crown alcohol retailers — the LCBO, SAQ and others — have resisted implementing because it cuts into provincial revenue.
