Farmer Killed While Picking Olives Near Nablus

Ali Hassan Yasser al-Bazzari, 44, was killed October 7 picking olives near Burqa, west of Nablus, Palestinian officials said. They blamed Israeli settlers, civilians living in the West Bank, acting with army protection; 16 others were hurt. It follows months of violence there, with over 80 Palestinians killed by soldiers and settlers since January 2026, per Reuters.
