Oil ship on fire off Sochi after drone boat attack, Russia says

A large oil ship sailing under Liberia's flag is on fire on the Black Sea off Sochi, Russia's transport ministry says. NDTV blamed Ukraine for the drone boat attack. Fire crews are holding back until it is safer. Burning oil at sea is hard to put out and can block other ships, with cleanup and sea harm to watch.
