Why Strangers Were Buried in Shared Graves

New South Wales will urgently review unmarked shared graves for people who cannot afford funerals, after strangers were found buried together at Rookwood cemetery. Health Minister Ryan Park said he did not know, called it 'unacceptable,' and wants to copy Victoria's one grave per person system.
