Badenoch promises more prison space by cutting help sent abroad

Kemi Badenoch said the Conservatives would add 50,000 prison beds, paid for by cutting money sent to help poorer countries to £1bn a year. She gave the promise as the party's yearly conference opened in Birmingham.
