
Judge Says Warrantless Car Camera Search Was Illegal
Federal Judge Sara Hill said a Tulsa sheriff's deputy violated the Fourth Amendment, which limits police searches, by checking a California-plated car in Flock's license-plate camera system without a warrant. She called it 'indiscriminate mass surveillance,' said the out-of-state plate was not enough reason, and blocked 91 pounds of methamphetamine later found as evidence.
