Yemen's Houthi forces captured the country's whole Red Sea shoreline in a September attack. They now control up to the Bab al-Mandeb Strait, a narrow sea road much of world trade uses, plus a key island at its opening. That control raises dangers for ships, energy plants, and oil prices.
