Loud Blasts Heard Overnight in Ethiopia's Capital

Explosions were heard overnight in Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia. People report blasts in the west near the main army offices and in the south. A few hours before, Ethiopia's security agency banned small flying aircraft called drones. Officials have not said what caused the blasts, exactly where, if anyone was hurt, or answered BBC requests for comment.
