U.S. asks world trade leaders to back Trump's import taxes

America's top trade official, Jamieson Greer, asked trade leaders from 20 major countries to support President Trump's plan for higher taxes on imported goods, like a fee at the border, at a two-day meeting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Canada's trade minister, Maninder Sidhu, is there and is expected to speak with Greer on Oct. 1.
