Apple May Unveil New Home Control Screen on Oct. 13

Apple is expected to show its smart home hub, a tablet-like screen that works like a central light-switch panel for the house, on Oct. 13, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reports. A new HomePod mini speaker and an updated Apple TV box for streaming shows would appear alongside it, firming up earlier talk of an October release for the long-expected device.
