Clancy Lawyers Ask Judge for Not-Guilty Decision After Trial Ends Without Verdict

Lindsay Clancy, 36, was back in Plymouth Superior Court on 29 September 2026 after her murder trial ended without a decision. Her lawyers asked Judge William F. Sullivan to declare her not guilty by law. Clancy admits she strangled her three children in January 2023, but says a severe mental illness after childbirth means she is not legally responsible.
