Former Snooker Star Jailed for Abusing Children

Former snooker world champion Graeme Dott, 49, was sentenced to seven years in prison. At Edinburgh’s High Court, judge Lord Harrower gave the sentence after a Glasgow jury found him guilty in August of sexually abusing two children in two cases. He will be listed on the sex offender register, a police monitoring list. Dott won world title in 2006.
