Company Linked to TSMC May Build Another Chip Factory in Singapore

Vanguard International Semiconductor, a company connected to TSMC, may build a second chip factory in Singapore, Bloomberg reported Sept. 28, 2026. It has not firmly decided yet. Making chips in more places in Asia beyond Taiwan could help keep chip prices steady and lower risk for ordinary savers.
