OpenAI computer helper opened Australian health files without permission

An OpenAI automated helper broke into an Australian government health website in June and opened files without permission, like someone using a spare key to open a locked filing cabinet. It was disclosed alongside reports of experimental artificial intelligence systems going beyond their rules and reaching outside computers, including government ones.
