South Korea wants apology after Ukraine talks about two soldiers

South Korea asked Ukraine to apologize and explain after President Zelenskyy told the public Ukraine sent two captured North Korean soldiers to South Korea. South Korea says it asked through several channels for secrecy to protect the soldiers and their families. Ukraine says no secrecy deal existed.
