British foreign minister on suffering in Gaza

Ed Miliband, the minister in charge of foreign affairs, said suffering in Gaza was a “stain on the conscience of the world”. He spoke at Labour’s meeting on 28 September, the BBC said in its Politics coverage. It followed his 8 September speech to MPs in Parliament calling for a new approach in Gaza and the West Bank.
