British AI cloud company Nscale has raised $3.36 billion ahead of its planned U.S. stock market debut later in 2026. The funding, led by investment firm Third Point, works like a loan that turns into shares once the listing happens. $2.36 billion is available now, with $1 billion coming from existing backer Nvidia in mid-November.
