Croatia Says Suspect Can Be Sent to Germany in Pipeline Blast Case

Croatia's court agreed to hand over Ukrainian Volodymyr Zhuravlyov to Germany, like passing a suspect between police forces, over September 2022 blasts that broke undersea Nord Stream gas pipes. Arrested in August in Pula, ordered surrendered September 18, his lawyer said. The order is not final and can be appealed, so timing is unclear. Germany blames Ukrainians; Kyiv denies it.
