Costco got tariff refund boost

Costco made $6.75 diluted profit for each share in the fourth quarter, three months, reported Sept. 24, 2026, per its results release. That includes 15 cents a share from tariff refunds, repaid import taxes, per MarketWatch. Like a rebate check, I see it as one-time cash, not stronger business, so ignore it when judging results.
