Ukraine's leader says two captured North Korean soldiers went to South Korea

Ukraine's leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Sept. 23, 2026, in a speech to the United Nations meeting about the Ukraine war, that Ukraine had sent two captured North Korean soldiers to South Korea.
